Gas & Wash with Dunkin Donuts

This project is a 3 acre planned project that will include a gas station, a 4,800 SF convenience store with a Dunkin Donuts, and a 4,480 SF car wash. This project has extended utilities to this area and provides new development viability to the Village Center/west Plainfield area.

Werk Force Brewing

Plainfield's award winning nano-brewery, Werk Force Brewing, is currently constructing a major addition for new production and taproom in a 10,000SF facility. With now 5 times the production capacity, Werk Force is now graduated to a microbrewery providing them more opportunity for distribution.

Plainfield Shopping Center

New ownership of this center located at Fort Beggs & Route 59 is moving forward with an overhaul of the center's facade and parking lot. This project brings a much needed investment of over $1 million to the Route 59 south corridor and one of Plainfield's oldest multi-tenant centers. A pizzeria and national retailer are expected to open by the end of the summer.

Downtown Plainfield Investment

2016 was a great year for Plainfield's historic downtown seeing nearly $5 million worth of investment. Projects such as the Trolley Barn redevelopment, the Opera House renovation/addition/restaurant build-out, and the purchase of the old fire station downtown are not only revitalizing these older buildings, but repurposing them adding over 24,000SF of new retail space to the downtown. Two new restaurants, a brewery, and a kayak service are all expected to be joining the downtown in 2017.

Route 59 North Corridor

Many outlots have been developed in the course of a year in the Route 59 north corridor with all the Meijer outlots now spoken for and new Target outlots created where Potbelly and T-Mobile now operate. Wash U Car Wash is currently being constructed at the Prairie Creek development south of Meijer and the other pad ready outlots are currently being pursued by national tenants.
